The Open Road Persuasion

   The open road has always drawn us in with it's ideas of freedom and new experiences. Being able to wake up in the morning with a view of the ocean from your windshield while you sip on a cup of coffee that seems to warm up the world with it's bitter blackness. Or to let the sun drift away behind the horizon as you watch God paint the sky of the open desert with colors of impossible saturation. The soul thrives on these experiences and for some reason or another we, as modern peoples, choose to suffocate ourselves with 9 to 5 jobs we think take care of us instead of trying to actively live our dreams, but money is truly only the illusion of happiness and security. Why wait until old age to get out and see what the world around you has to offer? Having a million stories to tell your children would be of more benefit to their growth as human beings than having a million dollars to give them. How many of us will actually ever make that million dollars anyway? So get out, live life and inspire others to do the same; new adventure is calling!
